This involves not only physical security measures but also logistical support, emergency response planning, and ensuring that all personnel are prepared for potential contingencies that may arise.

While enhancing communication and reducing costs are important operational considerations, they serve more as supporting elements to the overarching objective of safeguarding service members. Increasing training opportunities is beneficial for readiness but again is secondary to the primary goal, which remains centred on the protection of the force.
